Today’s is Day 7 of the 12 Days of Christmas Treats! Today I bring you Rolo Pretzel Turtles. My friend Kim makes these every year and I always remember her saying how easy they are. When I asked for the recipe, and she responded in 2 sentences, I knew she was right. These are so easy! It takes more time to heat the oven than to make this treat…including bake time. In this busy season, I’m all about quick, easy and delicious!

Making Pecan Rolo Pretzels Video
This recipe is so easy. Place the pretzels on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place a Rolo on each pretzel. Bake in 300 degree preheated oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and push a pecan into the Rolo. Allow to cool. Enjoy. It’s that simple!
These treats are the perfect size…one small bite. They combine the savory pecan with the salty pretzel and the sweet chocolate in a delightful burst of flavor.
When I ran out of Rolos, I substituted milk chocolate chips and they worked perfectly!
Not only is this a delicious treat, it is super fast!
