My MIL made these beautiful stockings out of old ticking and fabric she had laying around back in the late 80’s. Aren’t they fabulous?
She was the queen of primitive and what is now called Farmhouse Chic!
Don’t they make the perfect accent for this washboard?
I think I will add some greenery just to brighten it up a bit. I have an old beat up artificial Christmas tree that isn’t functional. I have been using the branches for miscellaneous projects. Some of these greens will be perfect.
